Facility operations and management
Coaching network development
Corporate and community event planning
Content creation and distribution
Consulting services for pickleball facilities, brands, and investors
These Terms apply to all users, clients, partners, coaches, and visitors engaging with our business or digital platforms.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years or older—or have express legal consent from a parent/guardian—to use our services or enter into business with us.
3. Client Agreements
Facility clients, coaching partners, and collaborators may be required to sign a separate contract outlining terms, deliverables, timelines, and fees. These additional agreements supersede these general terms where conflicts arise.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials on our website and shared through our services—including documents, logos, graphics, playbooks, media, systems, and frameworks—are the intellectual property of Dink Dynamics LLC or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or repurpose any materials without prior written permission.
5. Payments & Fees
All service fees, consulting retainers, or subscription payments are due as outlined in individual agreements or invoices. Late or missed payments may result in service interruption or termination. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
6. User Responsibilities
You agree to use our platforms and services responsibly and lawfully. This includes refraining from:
Misusing our intellectual property
Sharing confidential materials without permission
Engaging in behavior that may disrupt our services or community
We reserve the right to suspend access to services for anyone who violates these responsibilities.
